An 11-year-old girl who entered an underground station with her family was assaulted by a man who put his arm around her waist.
The incident took place in the busy Leicester Square tube station at 7.30pm on Saturday October 7.
As the family was waiting by the barriers, a man approached the 11-year-old victim and put his arm around her waist.
The girl managed to move away and the offender walked off in the direction of the escalators. Read More
British Transport Police has issued a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak with in connection with the incident at the London Underground station.
They believe he may have information which will help with the investigation.
